Out with the Old - 2/17/08 For those who know me well, it is known that I have been playing competitive and tournament paintball for about 8-9 years now. I have been playing with top notch players for those past years and have made many friends through the sport. With my career in marketing and writing for the automotive industry taking more of a foothold on my life, recreational activities outside of racing have taken the back seat. I've decided today that racing is something I am looking to pursue more ambitiously. Fascinated with racing and mechanics at an early age, it has always been something I enjoyed participating in on the weekends and evenings. With my career being to promote aftermarket companies, events, and individuals, it only seems fitting that taking racing more seriously would be the eventual outcome of my ventures. What I have decided to do is to pursue drifting and road racing more vigorously. I have made and held many friendships and life-long bonds in this community and diving deeper in to the field seems to be more suiting. So long, paintball. You've been good to me. Its time to replace the efforts that I have given to you and to reallocate that time towards driving. You will be missed...
